Trademark of the RDS Logo

In order to ensure proper use of the RDS logo in the United States the National Radio Systems Committee has obtained the U.S. trademark rights to this logo. CEA has implemented a certification program that enables companies or persons who wish to use the RDS logo to certify their compliance with the trademark requirements.
